She listened to our wants and needs which helped enormously by seeing those properties that would work for us. Her knowledge of the neighborhoods, and area helped so much, defining the size, amenities and our needs helped clarify what we were looking for and what we could rule out. With her help we were able to narrow the search and get the place we wanted. When thinking about an offer she was also super helpful with recent comps which helped us define the right price. When we needed an inspection she was right on it! When we found the right home with an accepted offer at a price we wanted, we were confident and excited to move forward. Even though the initial efforts were excellent, once a contract existed.on the property, there were no more showings. The contract could have been canceled with no backup. Not good.
