Miechal is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. She sold my mom’s condo in a down market, sent a team to help clear out the clutter and donate and pick up belongings and furniture. She arranged for a handyman to make repairs, install ceiling fans, a new microwave, hired painters, and someone to replace, install, and paint a new garage door. Everything was seamless, and the title company she hired was just as professional. I can’t say enough good things about Miechal and her team. She is fantastic!

Russ has great communication habits, we were always able to reach him when we had questions. He has a real good eye for what helps to sell and gave us many tips to make our showings more productive. Our home was priced where it needed to be and sold in a reasonable length of time considering there were many homes in our neighborhood for sale.
