We have used Michelle before to find the right home for us. When our life situation changed, we called her right away to find us the right home for our current situation. She was there every step of the way with expert knowledge of the market and handled everything with expediency and professionalism. She also had to negotiate for us with things that needed to be taken care of by the seller and did it with our needs in mind with much professionalism based on the knowledge of the market. We now have two homes to sell, and Michelle will be our realtor for both of them.

Michelle spent time with open home days and advertising the home well in the local area and beyond for more exposure in the real estate markets.

Michelle was highly recommended from a friend that used her as his own real state agent. I was coming from out of town and had 2 weeks to find my for ever home. She was so knowledgeable for what was available in GV market that would meet my needs. She showed nothing but kindness, preparedness and always kept you informed throughout the process. The sale of my house proved to be a lot trickier than any of us expected. Through it all-- market conditions, unexpected repairs, and more--Michelle and her team always had a positive suggestion and belief that the house would eventually sell. When I became frustrated, they were empathetic, and had the information as to why this house was a hard one due to some unique features! In the end it did sell, we recently closed, and I can't thank Michelle, Andy, Joe and the rest of the team enough!!

Michelle is an excellent and thoughtful writer. She paid attention to every upgrade in my house and found a way to mention them seamlessly in the listing. The listing also uniquely showed a floorplan which I would find very helpful if I were buying a home. Michelle also responds quickly to phone calls and texts and does not dismiss seller suggestions out-of-hand. The only reason I did not give Michelle 5 stars, and perhaps it is not fair, was because of her handyman referrals. Both individuals she referred did not call when they said they would causing a delay of several days in an already tight timeline for the completion of repairs. On the other hand, her referral of a cleaning person was first-rate. I recommend Michelle Metcalf wholeheartedly if you are looking to sell your house.
