The sale of my house proved to be a lot trickier than any of us expected. Michelle is an excellent and thoughtful writer. She paid attention to every upgrade in my house and found a way to mention them seamlessly in the listing. The listing also uniquely showed a floorplan which I would find very helpful if I were buying a home. Michelle also responds quickly to phone calls and texts and does not dismiss seller suggestions out-of-hand. The only reason I did not give Michelle 5 stars, and perhaps it is not fair, was because of her handyman referrals. Both individuals she referred did not call when they said they would causing a delay of several days in an already tight timeline for the completion of repairs. On the other hand, her referral of a cleaning person was first-rate. I recommend Michelle Metcalf wholeheartedly if you are looking to sell your house.
