Michelle not only sold my property, she did it under very trying circumstances. She maintained an extremely positive attitude from start to finish, and never became discouraged. Michelle listed my property and had it under contact within 24 hours. Before the buyer's allotted time for due diligence was over, the buyer bailed because the totally functional plumbing was poly piping. Within a few days, Michelle had the property under contact again. Before closing, the buy forfeited his deposit due to personal reasons.
