We highly recommend our agent, Eugene.

Eugene Moore is very good at his job and seems to love it. He's thorough and thoughtful and follows through all the way til the end of the process. Over the years we have bought and sold 6 or 7 houses and we have never wanted to recommend a realtor until now. We were first introduced to Eugene through Zillow's recommended realtor. Eugene called the next day and we explained that we are out of state looking to move to the Tucson area. He was very accommodating and went to the prospect home we were looking at and offered a live zoom walk through. That house fell through but he listened to us and heard all of our thoughts of what our new home looked like in our minds. A couple of weeks later he sent another recommended house listing. At first we didn’t think much of it but the more we thought about it the more we realized that he had 'read between the lines’ and we decided that his intuition was perfect. We ended up following through and purchasing it. Our new home is not exactly in the area we were originally looking in but ended up being the perfect area! Eugene is amazing. First of all the home is very very modest but he treated us as if we were VIP purchasers. Secondly, he saw things with the home we didn’t notice ourselves. And thirdly, he helped solve problems, contacted people, whether he thought it was his job or not, and answered questions in an extremely timely manor. He was honest with us, worked for us and we feel in the end we got a great deal. We highly recommend Eugene Moore for your real estate agent.

Absolutely Fabulous!

Andy went well above and beyond his responsibilities as a buyer's agent to make purchasing a home as painless as possible. He walked me through inspection reports, explaining in English what they meant, and even showed me where essential components (i.e., water shutoff valve, circuit breakers) were located. He pointed-out that I had an awning (who knew?) and showed me how it worked. To help me complete the BINSR, he gave me information on what reasonable repair costs would be and what vendors might be useful. When my printer/scanner broke 1 day before closing, he stopped by my house to somehow scan on his phone the last minute documents required by the loan company. Throughout this process, he never made me feel rushed, even though the property was 45 minutes away, or made me feel reluctant to ask any question. I am very grateful for his efforts and highly recommend him.

We were in Quail Creek in April and sold our home in CO. We had 2 weeks to find a home here before we had to leave. Andy's name was from a referral and we couldn't have been happier! He was very knowledgeable about Quail Creek and was very helpful in helping us decide on a price for the home we picked. He replied promptly to calls and texts. He had a very calming demeanor, as I was getting a little anxious about running out of time to get things finalized. We were very happy with Andy and would recommend him highly. He was very professional, giving us pros and cons about certain aspects of house hunting and decision making.
