When we finally narrowed down the neighborhood that we wanted to be in. He was great at sending us info on homes that included the parameters that we discussed like square footage, 3 car garage, larger lot, etc. He was great at remembering the details. Eugene has lots of experience in market knowledge since he has been an agent for many years. We followed his advice when we made an offer & the seller agreed to it.

Eugene was very responsive with every question that I had for him. Took a little trial and error to find the house we liked but Eugene was very helpful every step of the way

Eugene Moore is very good at his job and seems to love it. He's thorough and thoughtful and follows through all the way til the end of the process. Over the years we have bought and sold 6 or 7 houses and we have never wanted to recommend a realtor until now. We were first introduced to Eugene through Zillow's recommended realtor. Eugene called the next day and we explained that we are out of state looking to move to the Tucson area. He was very accommodating and went to the prospect home we were looking at and offered a live zoom walk through. That house fell through but he listened to us and heard all of our thoughts of what our new home looked like in our minds. A couple of weeks later he sent another recommended house listing. At first we didn’t think much of it but the more we thought about it the more we realized that he had 'read between the lines’ and we decided that his intuition was perfect. We ended up following through and purchasing it. Our new home is not exactly in the area we were originally looking in but ended up being the perfect area! Eugene is amazing. First of all the home is very very modest but he treated us as if we were VIP purchasers. Secondly, he saw things with the home we didn’t notice ourselves. And thirdly, he helped solve problems, contacted people, whether he thought it was his job or not, and answered questions in an extremely timely manor. He was honest with us, worked for us and we feel in the end we got a great deal. We highly recommend Eugene Moore for your real estate agent.

This being a very tough market situation, Eugene Moore guided Ruth and through every step…kept us informed of all the showings and the feedback that was received with them…he explicitly listened to our needs as we had at times unacceptable offers that had been presented…when it came down to the final closing, Eugene listened and carried out our explicit instructions…in the end, the closing went smoothly… I don’t think one would be able to find another real estate agent that cares and handles the whole process as friendly and professional and knowledgeable as Eugene…and at this point we not only consider him an amazing realtor and human being…but a very good and personal friend…🤗
