Anytime I had any questions. Mildred responded in a very timely manner. She was also very knowledgeable in other aspects. She knew who to contact for homeowners insurance. She knew who to contact for turning on the electricity she knew who to contact about the HOA fees. I would definitely advise anyone to see her out whether buying or selling a home.
