She knew who to contact for turning on the electricity she knew who to contact about the HOA fees. I would definitely advise anyone to see her out whether buying or selling a home.

We enjoyed are experience with Susan. The first house we bid on the owners backed out 4 days before closing. I was very upset. But Susan was just as upset as we were. I was really concerned about how difficult it would be to find a good realtor since I did not live locally, or have recommendations for selling a home acquired in a trust. Meaghann was great helping me get local contractors in to prepare the house for listing and was readily available when needing to communicate about any matter. We were listed and have several offers and were able to close in a couple of months.
