Ruby truly went above and beyond for us! Since we lived out of state, we really appreciated having someone we could trust to handle things locally. She coordinated with multiple contractors to get the necessary repairs taken care of and followed up to make sure everything was completed properly. Her communication, dedication, and attention to detail gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout the process. With my dad’s passing this process was already difficult so we were so grateful for everything Ruby did for us! She is very talented and knowledgeable about who to contact to get things fixed. She helped us find a good house, so I dont know how soon we will be looking again, but we will find her when we are ready.

Brenda helped me buy a residence that was a short sale. She communicated at the very beginning that it would take time to deal with the bank. Luckily, I was not in a hurry and did not have to move. I had to switch loan officers since the first one was not upfront on the loan requirements. Fortunately for me, her husband is a loan officer. It is better to work with a realor/loan officer team. Brenda was available to answer my many questions and concerns in a timely manner. Brenda is professional and arranged the inspections quickly. Brenda was helpful in letting me and my contractor look at the property before escrow closed so he could see what I wanted done before moving in. The contractor could plan his work and put me on his schedule. Brenda was easy to work with and friendly. I highly recommend her. If I do put my other property up for sale, I will have her sell it for me.
