Monica Duran

She was well versed, knowledgeable, easy to work with. Knew the ins and outs of the neighborhood.

She was so pleasant to work with and helped us on all fronts. We had to view the home feom across the country. She was willing to video call with us and share all the things that she spotted needing repairs. She was always ready to chat and answer any questions we had. It was such a pleasant experience working with Monica.

Monica was wonderful! We had a very short window to complete our transaction with an international seller. Monica was on top of each detail and kept us well informed. She was very accessible, communicated well with the listing agent, and took care of the inspection details quickly. She protected our timeline. We are grateful for her professionalism and for her acquaintance.

Monica Duran & her team is just the Best!. Great service. Great result. No B S.

We would like to send out a big Thank You to Agent Monica Duran of the Sexton Property Group for the wonderful job she did in helping us purchase a park model for Mom. Monica is an excellent agent. She was available whenever we needed her to show us the properties we wanted to see and make recommendations for others. She was always on time and very thorough when providing us information and details on each listing. She had the answers or found the answers to any questions we had, also in a very timely fashion. Monica made sure we knew all the things we had to do to complete the purchase and followed up after completion of each step.
