We were interested in the Foothills area and gave Maryanna our price range. Maryanna was spot on and showed us very nice homes. My wife and I decided on the home and the process was smooth and quick. We were able to close early, which worked out for both seller and us. Every step taken, she kept us updated. We are planning on referring Maryanna to our daughter who is planning on relocating to Yuma.

Maryanna introduced us to the Yuma Foothills and we couldn’t be happier. We initially asked for Somerton not being familiar with the area. Maryanna took the time to show us various houses and was patient throughout the process. Once we went into escrow Maryanna was in constant contact with us and also answered any questions we had in timely fashion. We would recommend Maryanna 100 percent.
