She was very knowledgeable about the area and took time to answer all my questions about the process since I lived several hours away. Meaghann was great helping me get local contractors in to prepare the house for listing and was readily available when needing to communicate about any matter. We were listed and have several offers and were able to close in a couple of months. The whole experience was made easier with her guidance and I would highly recommend her if you are in need of an energetic go getter and great communicator.
