Janice is a great community resource, she helped with all aspect of buying and selling, including packing getting rid of things selling furniture. When we moved in, we thought we paid to have the movers do all the unpacking and removing of the boxes and paper, but we learned that we did not have that service. Janice personally removed all of our packing boxes and all of our packing paper.!! she’s the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. I bought and sold many homes.
