What an amazing experience. Emma Lefkowitz and Brian Tague did everything and more to help get this property ready and sell it in the first weekend with multiple offers. Since it was a rental previously, it needed a little TLC. They were on top of getting quotes and getting the work done at a very reasonable cost, plus giving advice and suggestions on when to time the market appropriately for this type of house. They nailed it: one open house, multiple offers, full price, all cash. I can't be happier. Highly recommend them if you're thinking about buying or selling in San Diego. They have sold multiple houses for me in the past and continues to exceed my expectations. Amazing teamwork!!!
