Damon did an excellent job from start to finish with my home sale. Even before listing, he spent a significant amount of time with me. He walked me through the process and pointed out specific improvements and repairs that would help maximize our sale price. His guidance made a real difference in how the home showed and ultimately performed on the market. Ben is the kind of real estate agent you hope to find, but rarely do. At this point, he is a family friend, not just an agent. My family has worked with him for at least 10 years, and possibly closer to 20, which says a lot on its own. He is unbelievably communicative. If you need him, he is there for you at just about any time of day, and his response time is lightning fast. He is always professional, courteous, and, most importantly, genuinely has your best interests at heart. What really sets Ben apart is his honesty and integrity. We were in escrow on a property and, during the inspection phase, kept running into red flag after red flag. Ben came to us and told us he did not think we should buy the house and that there were better places out there. How many agents would actually do that? Fast forward, and we just closed on our dream house, which is better in every way. When my wife and I found it, we immediately called Ben. It wasn’t even a question of who and when.
