She was the ideal agent, with her knowledge, professionalism & communication we always knew what was going on, we could always reach out to her if we were to sign papers that we were not familiar with, she always answered in a way we understood. If we looked at property that ultimately wouldn't fit our needs, Vickie pointed out issues that we didn't notice or think of - which was invaluable to us. We have found our forever home & property, but I would highly recommend Vickie to anyone.”
Jason and his team had an offer for us before the holidays and the buyer had to back out last minute, so we regrouped and re listed after the new year. We had an offer after an open house and the buyer was very flexible with our needs for an extended escrow period. He pretty much bought the house as is and gave us what we were asking for without too much haggling.
