We (first time home buyers) just closed on our dream home with Candice. She helped us beat out another competitive offer (with better terms than ours) in our bid for this home. We never felt pressured in any way to make a purchase or bid beyond what we felt comfortable with (we bid on three different homes!). Candice was always very on point in the guidance she gave us. When we refused to waive the inspection contingency on this house, Candice advocated for us and (miraculously) found a way to help us get the inspections we needed for our peace of mind. Candice came out multiple times to the home to meet me as I met with various contractors for quotes on renovations prior to our closing. She kept our 3 year old entertained while we spoke with said contractors. Her dedication is next level. I assure you, you will not find anyone better. Candice is so kind and caring, it is no wonder she has nothing but 5 star reviews on Yelp. She is universally liked by everyone from her clients to inspectors to contractors to loan officers, because she is truly just such a wonderful person. Talking with her is like talking with family. She is patient and responsive. She answers texts and phone calls all day everyday; I have no idea how she keeps this up with all her clients, but she does. We just finished a move that should have been incredibly stressful, selling one house and buying another at the exact same time, but Costanza made it feel seamless.
