The house required a “tune up “ for marketing and sale. Sophia arranged necessary work inside and out with multiple contractors in record time. They did a great job on all. Sophia minimized jobs to those which were essential and contributed to value of house.. We received multiple offers, all but one above listed price, thanks to her great advice. She has a Team and they collectively provided immediate response on every matter. She oversaw escrow officer in a successful 21 day closing requested by buyer.
