As a first-time homebuyers, we were a bit overwhelmed going into the process, feeling like there was so much we didn't know. Gabe and Kelly made our experience so much smoother than we ever expected - it was honestly seamless from start to finish. What impressed us most was how responsive they were. Every question we had got a quick, thorough answer. They were also incredibly proactive in their communication, getting ahead of things we didn't know to ask about. We never felt like we were being kept in the dark, and had clear direction the whole time. They clearly know this market inside and out — they helped us understand which neighborhoods / homes balanced our dream lifestyle and budget while giving us realistic expectations every step of the way. By the time we got to closing, we felt genuinely confident rather than stressed. That's a huge thing to say about buying a home (especially our first)! We'd recommend working with them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy in the area.
Era is the best. She has been our “go to” agent for at least 10 years. She has helped us on 4 sales, and 2 purchases, both investment and personal properties. This last sale, of a rental home on a 1031 exchange was incredible. The house was in terrible shape, we thought it best to just take our losses and sell ‘as is”. Era, and her team of contractors, cleaners, painters etc… restored the house, even tho we were living in Utah. Sticking to her guidance, and with her personal involvement in getting the house ready to sell, everything went smoothly and we are 110% satisfied. I can’t thank her enough.

I have a lot of experience building, buying and selling homes. I hired Brandon, based off a reputable referral, to sell one of my rentals in the Rice Ranch neighborhood of Orcutt. Brandon was professional and personable, but more importantly he was effective. I was largely an absentee seller in the transaction thanks to Brandon’s effective management of the transaction. Brandon got me more money than I was expecting for the house, got it into escrow quicker than I expected, and closed the transaction in less than 30 days. I don’t think there’s much more I could ask for in a seller’s agent.
