I dealt primarily with Gabe; he was conscientious, knowledgeable, and timely. He arranged for me to view 20+ properties within my budget guidelines. Communication was excellent, and I admired his patience. Once the seller and I agreed to our deal, Gabe continued to follow-up with service providers and the seller's agent. I never felt that I was being side-lined or ignored.

Jason really understands the local market, pricing strategies, as well as all the forms required and legal things that need to happen. He was extremely professional in everything and very responsive to our needs, providing clear direction and recommendations on decisions we needed to make and things we needed to do. He is detail oriented to make sure nothing is left undone. We are extremely pleased with the service he provided. After listing our home, we sold it within a week and were able to close escrow in less than 10 days!
