Curtis did a fantastic job selling my mom's old fixer upper. He was able to get the price we were looking for. Curtis maintained his composure and professionalism throughout a difficult escrow while I was sweating it out. He responds quickly to questions and concerns and will promptly notify you about any updates or issues that arise during the sales process. Curtis was the right agent for me. I recommend considering Curtis whether you are selling or looking to buy a home.

Good local knowledge of the facility and together with John, a very nice setup of the property for showing

We are so grateful to Alisa Pepper for helping us find our home! First off, she is absolutely a lovely human to work with! She is professional and SO knowledgeable of the Goleta / Santa Barbara area. She was very available for looking at homes together and really helpful in supporting our family as we navigated the decisions regarding home ownership. We enjoyed working with her so much that we referred her to other members of our family! I highly recommend Urbany & Pepper for anyone looking for a realtor, they are a fantastic team! Thank you!

We were lucky to have Alisa Pepper as our realtor, particularly as first-time home buyers in a difficult market like Santa Barbara. Alisa is someone who has all the qualities you need in a realtor like strong market knowledge, negotiation strategy, and attention-to-detail, as well as people skills that we really appreciated like being patient, transparent, and kind. She was patient and transparent throughout the process. She patiently listened to us when we were flooding her with first-time buyers questions, never pressured us to make decisions, and remained supportive during a particularly long lending process with our chosen lender. We went to at least five open houses with her, and for each she pointed out both the strong points as well as potential downsides. It always felt like she was genuinely representing our interests rather than pushing us to close a sale. Her attention-to-detail and organization really stood out during the escrow and document signing process. Despite going through a drawn out escrow process (due to issues with the property) and having to sign so many documents, we never felt overwhelmed. She gave us a proper timeline of things, explained each step along the way, and gave us only a few things to do at each stage. This made us very relaxed and in control during the whole process. We couldn't recommend her highly enough!

After working with Alisa, there is no doubt in my mind that if I ever have another real estate transaction, I will call her first. From beginning to end, the process of selling a home was seamless and handled with complete professionalism, attention to detail, and attentiveness to our concerns. I am so impressed with Alisa and really grateful for having gotten to work with her!
