And this is EXACTLY what Jeff was able to do for me. He quickly prepped the property, listed, showed it and secured a two-week escrow that returned virtually all our family's financial loss. He is a miracle worker! He is honest, compassionate, 'can-do', hands-on, and knows his market backwards and forwards. I cannot recommend him too strongly. In fact, Jeff is now my realtor on a second property in Santa Barbara (in escrow). I am SO thankful he was recommended to me.
