He knows the local market from long time experience and his professionalism and tactical skill is beyond comparison. He was helpful from the beginning by finding people to remove the contents of the house and working with the Park Management to follow their rules and regulations. He also helped locate the right people to do repairs and kept a close watch on the place while it was empty so that no harm could come to it. He's quick yet thorough and provides detailed advice as necessary. I could not have asked for more.
