A real benefit to Kendrick is his personal passion to real estate - he has his own properties and has done work on them, therefore, he knows the best foundation guy, handyman, inspector, contractor, plumber, you name it, and he will help get them to your property asap if it is going to make or break the deal for you. We’re buying a fixer upper and he got all of the above to the house in our 7 day contingency period. He wanted to make sure we felt comfortable with what we were buying and we were so impressed that he put the amount of work he did.
