Words do not do justice with the job Kendrick has done to land us the house of our dreams. I have worked with real estate agents in the past, purchased a condo and did some renovations, however, the experience we had with Kendrick is unmatched. He really advocated for us throughout the entire process. A real benefit to Kendrick is his personal passion to real estate - he has his own properties and has done work on them, therefore, he knows the best foundation guy, handyman, inspector, contractor, plumber, you name it, and he will help get them to your property asap if it is going to make or break the deal for you. We’re buying a fixer upper and he got all of the above to the house in our 7 day contingency period. He wanted to make sure we felt comfortable with what we were buying and we were so impressed that he put the amount of work he did. Truly he went above and beyond and I want any friend or coworker of mine to use him because of how incredible the experience was. Will only be using Kendrick in the future.

In 2023, I had the great pleasure to work with Kendrick Guehr (The Epstein Partners) on the purchase of our family home in Santa Barbara. Finding a home in Santa Barbara is a challenge to say the least. Our family is new to the area and we trusted Kendrick completely with advice on everything from schools and neighborhoods to home values. A Santa Barbara native, Kendrick knows everyone in town and has a deep knowledge of the housing market. Throughout our search, Kendrick went above and beyond to find the perfect place for us - sharing properties about to come on the market, meeting us with short notice to view properties, and after we found a great property, working closely with the seller's agent to negotiate an excellent deal. Even after the sale, Kendrick advised us on remodel plans, often joining me for meetings with potential contractors. An excellent communicator, always responsive, honest, and transparent, Kendrick is great to have in your corner.
