Jeff represented me in three residential property sales in past 4 years, including a condominium rental, a personal residence of 30 plus years, and an estate sale of a family home. In each transaction he provided an extremely in-depth market analysis before pricing, a pre-marketing plan including several inspections, so every potential buyer had full details on the property they were considering, and then personally handled the open houses and negotiations. His strategies were adjusted for each unique transaction and were met with very successful closings. He diligently walked us through every step of the process. I was especially pleased that he personally handled all of the showings and open houses. I highly recommend Jeff - he is very competent and committed - to every detail.
