Kelly helped the reviewer sell this property

Beyond the Transaction with Genuine Care

When my mom's Santa Barbara home needed to be packed up, prepared for the market, and sold, Kelly Knight and her dream team offered exceptional skills that made navigating the enormous task perfectly manageable. They organized professionals to conduct an estate sale and pack up everything that was not sold. They worked with contractors to improve the home and get it ready for market. The created beautiful marketing material and distributed in all the right places, and after just two weeks on the market, my mom's home sold to a lovely family who will continue to treasure it!
