This is the second house I’ve sold with Chase. Each time it’s been a very positive experience. She obviously knows what she’s doing and is in tune with market dynamics. She’s very professional and takes care of the important things that need to get done. Overall, I highly recommend her. You cannot go wrong with Chase. Five stars.

Working with Chase to find our new home was such a pleasure! She is professional, yet treated finding a few home for us like she was searching for own. She is so communicative and thorough. At one point she suggested us getting an additional inspection that we didn’t feel was necessary, but it ended up getting us 15k back from the sellers for needed repairs. She will cross every “t” and dot every “I”. If you want a realtor with great work ethic, high values and character along with excellent communication and real estate knowledge then work with Chase. I’d be very surprised if you don't end up feeling the same way. Truly a great experience.

I decided to drop out of the real estate market in Santa Barbara altogether due to the lack of inventory and inflated pricing. I had met a number of realtors at open houses or through acquaintances, none of which I felt any connection with, nor which I felt had my best interests at heart. I decided to look at just ONE more open house, where I met Chase...and the rest is history. Within a week we landed on a real gem. Chase was there every step of the way. Anytime I had reservations she simply said "let's keep looking" until we find the right one. It took so much pressure off to have a realtor who was not focused on "Selling" me a home, but rather "Helping" me buy one. The bonus at the end of the day is that she helped me negotiate a price that I really did not think was achievable. Honest, friendly, reliable and conscientious...what more can I say.
