Jacopo was our agent for purchasing our new condominium. We met him at an open house and worked with him throughout the process where he was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions, concerns and requests getting them resolved either on the spot or within a few hours. He helped us negotiate what I believe was the best price we could reasonably expect.

I decided to drop out of the real estate market in Santa Barbara altogether due to the lack of inventory and inflated pricing. I had met a number of realtors at open houses or through acquaintances, none of which I felt any connection with, nor which I felt had my best interests at heart. I decided to look at just ONE more open house, where I met Chase...and the rest is history. Within a week we landed on a real gem. Chase was there every step of the way. Anytime I had reservations she simply said "let's keep looking" until we find the right one. It took so much pressure off to have a realtor who was not focused on "Selling" me a home, but rather "Helping" me buy one. The bonus at the end of the day is that she helped me negotiate a price that I really did not think was achievable. Honest, friendly, reliable and conscientious...what more can I say.
