I decided to drop out of the real estate market in Santa Barbara altogether due to the lack of inventory and inflated pricing. I had met a number of realtors at open houses or through acquaintances, none of which I felt any connection with, nor which I felt had my best interests at heart. I decided to look at just ONE more open house, where I met Chase...and the rest is history. Within a week we landed on a real gem. Chase was there every step of the way. Anytime I had reservations she simply said "let's keep looking" until we find the right one. It took so much pressure off to have a realtor who was not focused on "Selling" me a home, but rather "Helping" me buy one. The bonus at the end of the day is that she helped me negotiate a price that I really did not think was achievable. Honest, friendly, reliable and conscientious...what more can I say.
