From research, marketing, open houses, negotiating offers, and closing, every part of the process was executed perfectly. We were out of state for most of the sale but it didn't matter given Stephen's thorough communication and attention to detail. Our only disappointment is that he doesn't practice real estate where we moved to.

Very responsive with good time management

Stephen came highly recommended and went above and beyond expectations. With all the work that goes into buying a house, (financing/ pre inspection/ work with contractors) Stephen kept us informed and organized during the process, making it a breeze. He was never pushy on buying just any house as it genuinely felt like he wanted what was best for us and our needs. When it came to touring properties, Stephen impressed us right away with his knowledge of each home and how he envisioned each property could be improved with specific renovations. He also has a great team around him as we were fortunate to work with Robert as well. Lastly, there is no one we would have rather had negotiating on our behalf than Stephen and his team. Liana is absolutely amazing! She sold me this house 21 years ago and when it came time to sell I immediately called her, wouldn’t have thought about calling anyone else. What can we say... Amy is the best! Amy can do multiple things all at once. I don't know how she does it but my husband and I are just amazed of how she does her job.
