Excellent Seller Experience

Krista was a professional from start to finish, we had an excellent experience with her as the sales agent for our condo. She gave us her opinion on ways we could best make sure our condo was well-represented (areas to clean, maintenance to do) before putting it on the market. We moved out of state before selling and she took the time to lightly stage our condo to allow for the best photos. Once we went live, we received two offers almost immediately and accepted one within 5 days. It only took 3 weeks to close escrow, and it was smooth sailing because of Krista’s expertise. She also maintained great communication with us despite us being out of state. I am so thankful we worked with her!

Great to work with!

Krista helped sell my parent’s home after they both passed away. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, tenacious, and responsive, all qualities you’d want in an agent. But beyond that, I really appreciated the kindness and compassion she showed me and my brothers; there were a lot of emotions involved with selling our childhood home. Krista is great to work with and I recommend her if you need a real estate professional!
