This is our fourth transaction with Michelle, she's always been easy to work with and very thorough. She sent out mailings in targeted neighborhoods and kept on top of new listings when they became available. She remained steadfast and optimistic throughout the process. Also, it was through a good working relationship with other realtors in the area that lead to her finding us a beautiful new home, in the area we wanted, in our price range, that pretty closely checked all our boxes! Her skills walking us through the purchase and the stress that comes with any real estate transaction were evident by her cool, calm and collected demeanor throughout. Lastly, I believe that it was more than a job for Michelle, she genuinely wanted us to be happy and generously stepped up and stood behind us when there were a few bumps in the road with the previous owners.
