We have had Michelle help us on 2 transactions: the purchase of our home 4 years ago, and the sale of it this year. She works tirelessly for her clients to make sure everything goes forward as good as it possibly can. We had some hurdles during the sale, but she calmly led us through them. And to make things more challenging, we live out of state, so there were some issues that we could not attend to personally. She graciously stepped up to the plate and handled things so well. We really appreciate her help. The real question is would we work with her again? A resounding YES!!

This is our fourth transaction with Michelle, she's always been easy to work with and very thorough. This time, after putting so much effort into updating an inherited rental property to modern standards, Michelle took over at the end and staged the interior with just enough furnishings to make it come alive, bringing in multiple offers.

Our family was relocating to the Central Coast from Northern California and we had only a little knowledge about the area. Michelle was immensely instrumental in finding us a lovely new home in the best area for our family. Her knowledge of the area and determination to find us the right home in the right neighborhood was evident throughout the process. First, by asking relevant questions and listening to the complicated and varying needs of our multi-generational family. In some ways, I think Michelle knew and understood even better than we did what would and wouldn’t work for us. Secondly, with a slim housing market Michelle worked tirelessly, and stayed positive, confident and encouraging that we would find a home in our price range. She sent out mailings in targeted neighborhoods and kept on top of new listings when they became available. She remained steadfast and optimistic throughout the process. Also, it was through a good working relationship with other realtors in the area that lead to her finding us a beautiful new home, in the area we wanted, in our price range, that pretty closely checked all our boxes! Her skills walking us through the purchase and the stress that comes with any real estate transaction were evident by her cool, calm and collected demeanor throughout. Lastly, I believe that it was more than a job for Michelle, she genuinely wanted us to be happy and generously stepped up and stood behind us when there were a few bumps in the road with the previous owners. One of the first things we look for in an agent is responsiveness, and Michelle was outstanding in this regard. We had limited time to review properties given that we lived out of town, and she consistently set up viewings quickly and efficiently. Moreover, when we could not be in town to view a property in person, she went out of her way to give us video tours that were thorough and comprehensive. This gave us confidence that she knew us as clients, and what was important to us in a home. Given the competitiveness of the market, we also wanted an agent who could advocate for us to sellers. Michelle had just the right balance - she presented us as strong buyers without being overly aggressive. Michelle also helped us to think openly about options we had not thought about before, which can really make the difference between consistently losing out on properties and ultimately getting the one you want.
