Melissa was so helpful in selling our home. She explained everything thoroughly, helped us to bring in the right team (photographer, stager) to make the home sparkle, and did an excellent job marketing the home. With her help and persistence, we found a buyer who appreciated the home as much as we did.

Tina was extremely hard working in helping to get the house ready for market. She had many resources, and was excellent about managing the work to be done. She also did a lot of follow up with the county, and septic folks. In addition, she was the boots on the ground for all the repairs and inspection that needed to take place. She really did a fantastic job.
