After reading Graham's very informative newsletter for a couple years, we thought we'd give him a try when we decided to sell the condo our son used while attending Cal Poly. What a great decision that was! Besides being incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to work with, Graham was on top of every detail, had great suggestions and advice, and took care of everything. The only thing we had to do was figure out how to sign our names on the documents on our phones when Graham brought us a bid well above our asking price (a record for the complex)!
