I didn't really know Taylor North before I decided to sell my home in Avila Beach. However, anyone in the Avila Community knows Taylor is the realtor to call because he is the best. I did call Taylor, and he did not disappoint. He is intelligent, well-spoken, very professional, and knows the local market. I expected all of that from him and needed it because I had challenges in selling my 18-year-old- home. Where Taylor greatly exceeded my expectations was in his ability to Build and Lead a team to accomplish something I desperately needed done but thought was impossible. It started when we sat together for the first time. I experienced him really listen to my requirements, talk straight with me about what was possible and what wasn't, and then develop a realistic gameplan, including people and resources to get my house sold as quickly as possible. I saw him assign other specialists to the team, call in favors, spend his own money in some cases, coach me, revise the plan based on new info., etc. I truly saw a leader at work. It was much more than a real estate transaction to him. And I knew he had a number of other clients too. His contacts and resources in the professional community are loyal and committed to assisting Taylor's efforts. His office staff is dedicated as well. He would check in with me evenings, early mornings and weekends. I saw someone passionate and committed to winning and that meant me achieving my goals with my home. He remained positive. I always felt in good hands. How long did all of this take? We held our Open House 12 days after Taylor and I had our first meeting. We received our first formal offer on Day 14. The same individual wanted to make an offer on Day 10 but we asked to wait until after the Open House to review offers. Due to Taylor's marketing campaign the Open House was very successful. We only did one two-day Open House and accepted an over-ask offer after the Open House.

Taylor North was my agent on a recent sale of my home in Kingfisher Canyon. Avila Beach has many realtors, but Taylor was not only personable, but extremely familiar with the local market. He helped me to price my house appropriately, and was always on time for appointments, never missed returning a call if I had a question, and made the whole experience go smoothly. His positive attitude was refreshing!
