Very detailed market analysis. Fantastic communication and great to work with

Dennis had sold a house for my sister many years ago and was very impressed so we decided to use him again to sell our mom’s house. He was very patient and I could ALWAYS reach him if we had questions. He even had someone take care of the yards when we were out of town for a month. We feel we got a fair price for the home and the whole transaction was very smooth. I will use him again in the future.
