Lastly, I believe that it was more than a job for Michelle, she genuinely wanted us to be happy and generously stepped up and stood behind us when there were a few bumps in the road with the previous owners. I have purchased and sold numerous homes in the United States and three foreign countries, and I have never met a Real Estate Agent who has the know-how, determination, knowledge and downright Moxy to go out and apply her craft the way Michelle McElrath does. My better half and myself both had townhouses that we wished to sell in Arroyo Grande California. The problem was we live in St Augustine Florida. Not an easy task when you consider all of the problems that long distance selling entails.
