Krista was a professional from start to finish, we had an excellent experience with her as the sales agent for our condo. She gave us her opinion on ways we could best make sure our condo was well-represented (areas to clean, maintenance to do) before putting it on the market. We moved out of state before selling and she took the time to lightly stage our condo to allow for the best photos. Once we went live, we received two offers almost immediately and accepted one within 5 days. It only took 3 weeks to close escrow, and it was smooth sailing because of Krista’s expertise. She also maintained great communication with us despite us being out of state. I am so thankful we worked with her!

After not having the best experience with another realtor, we were recommended by family to go call Krista. From day one she was very friend and professional. Buying a house for the first time can be intimidating but I'm so glad we had a realtor who was patient in explaining everything! I love that she paid such attention to detail whenever we looked at different houses, pointing out things (good or bad) that we didn't even know to notice or look for! Krista is a probate real estate agent, and I needed ... a probate real estate agent. I was left with little money and threats of foreclosure and eviction, with a lot of unclear facts and threats like "pay up or we can take your house and leave you with nothing" despite having a large amount of equity. You can call other realtors, and they can fumble around and not tell you the only 2-3 things you needed to do, then 2-3 months later start over and maybe get foreclosed on. And I'm sure they'll say sorry, and it won't matter because you'll be left hanging. Or you could just call Krista the first time. Krista kept the house from foreclosure, and in turn, me from being evicted, and as a bonus, no fees or paying the mortgage company's lawyer fees for the trouble of trying to take the house away. There's a reason the probate attorney I had referred me to her - it's because she's fully trusted, and more competent and better than rolling the dice on random realtors just because you found their website somehow.
