Era is the best. She has been our “go to” agent for at least 10 years. She has helped us on 4 sales, and 2 purchases, both investment and personal properties. This last sale, of a rental home on a 1031 exchange was incredible. The house was in terrible shape, we thought it best to just take our losses and sell ‘as is”. Era, and her team of contractors, cleaners, painters etc… restored the house, even tho we were living in Utah.
