I highly recommend that you hire agent Alan Deckel to sell your San Luis Obispo County home. As a probate attorney, I deal with many real estate agents and brokers – I’m typically involved in one or two sales per month, most of them near my office in the Sacramento area. I wish Alan were in Sacramento! In the fall of 2021, I was appointed Executor of the estate with a home in Los Osos. I’m so fortunate to have found Alan to help me prepare and sell the home. Alan put together a plan for inspecting the house, making repairs, working with the County on a potential code issue, arranging an estate sale, cleaning the home, removing debris from the yard, staging the home appropriately, and then marketing the home online through MLS and elsewhere.
