Growing up on the central coast, Kandie is a third generation family in the North County and a second generation family in real estate. Joining Country Real Estate in 2000, and graduating from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, she brings a background of Agricultural Business to combine with her knowledge of the local real estate market. Working with her family and their decades of local real estate development, she is deeply connected to the roots of our community its growth. This area continues to grow as people discover what a great travel destination it is, and what a great wine region it has become. Eventually, they realize what a great place it is to live and work as well. Adapting to the needs of our clients in a changing environment is always a priority. We remain the longest standing brokerage in a community we are deeply invested in. Our longevity is attributed to our innate ability to understand the North County: its people, its properties, and its culture.

Dante has been serving the California Real Estate Market since 2016. He has experience in a variety of market conditions and locations, selling real estate in California from tip to tip, specializing in negotiating the strongest deals for his clients, along with business management, communications and marketing experience since 2010.

In the 22 years that Chris was a home inspector, the value he provided to his customers was in the information they learned about the physical condition of the property that they were buying or selling. Now, having been a REALTOR® since 2018 and working with industry specialists, Chris is able to use that same inspection and communication experience combined with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. Before entering real estate, Pedro spent more than a decade in land development and construction management, overseeing residential communities from planning and entitlement through construction, project close-out, and new homeowner move-ins. His technical background and natural curiosity have given him a deep understanding of land use, construction, development, infrastructure, and property evaluation—knowledge that helps clients recognize opportunities, avoid costly surprises, and make informed decisions with confidence. Over the years, Pedro has successfully represented buyers and sellers in hundreds of transactions involving homes, investment properties, agricultural land, recreational acreage, ranches, and other unique rural properties. His construction and development background gives him a practical eye for evaluating property, identifying potential concerns, understanding infrastructure and improvements, and helping clients see both opportunities and limitations that may not be immediately obvious. For more than 13 years, Pedro has worked alongside fellow REALTOR® Carolynne Potts, providing clients with a highly personalized level of service built on trust, responsiveness, and long-term relationships. Their goal has always been simple: to treat every client the way they would want to be treated. That means being available, communicating honestly, paying attention to the details, and going the extra mile—often well beyond what is expected—to help clients navigate challenges and reach their goals. Outside of real estate, Pedro enjoys spending time with his family, his faith, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hunting, fishing, the outdoors, and continuing to learn new things. With over 23 years of working in real estate and coming from an ag background of farming and ranching in a 25 mile radius of Paso Robles, it was a natural thing to specialize in rural properties. Micro-climates, soil types and where water is plentiful are such important things to know when it comes to living in the country. Whether it's a home on one acre, a large ranch or vineyard, this central California area is a favorite and being a fourth generation native has helped me build a lot of great relationships through selling some prime properties during my time as a realtor.
