Executing a home search while not being a resident is a big challenge, and Chris was a huge help throughout the entire process. With frequently very little notice, Chris would set a day's worth of walkthroughs for us without batting an eye - and join us for each to provide his unique input. As a former home inspector, he lends an extra helpful perspective when going through a home, looking out for any signs of trouble, and pointing out potential impacts. Invaluable! Through a relatively event-packed escrow, Chris was always on top of our requests for information and action, and we never ever found ourselves confused or waiting to hear status. That was a huge bonus. On top of all that, Chris adds an understanding, lighthearted approach, and a great sense of humor. A general pleasure to have met and worked with him. Highly recommend.
