Jeff and Betty worked tirelessly to ensure that we received the best experience possible. Jeff did a great job of communicating with us throughout the process. He explained everything so that we could understand and make the right decisions. Their years of experience paid off when the buyers tried to play games with the process. Jeff made sure that our interests were top priority.

When we decided to sell our investment property, Kandie was instrumental in getting the house sold. The previous renters left the home in poor shape. She was there to let in vendors, suggested those competent vendors and took on a lot of work that wasn't part of job of marketing and selling a home. The market slipped before we listed the home, but the time it took to sell was due to the changing market, and not the effort to sell the home. I couldn't be more pleased with Kandie!
Originally, we were looking at a smaller house because we thought that was all we could afford.
