Vickie was the agent who first sold them the property, and we were so fortunate to be able to work with her to bookend their time with this house so perfectly. She has a great sense for the local real estate market and provided us with a thorough review of the housing market, comparing our home to others that were currently or recently listed, and confirming what we should expect as far as selling price and work that might be required to put the house on the market. Vickie communicated with us clearly and efficiently every step of the way with daily phone and email updates as needed. She helped guide us thru gathering all the necessary documentation and assisted with walking us thru all the complicated forms to ensure that nothing was missed. Whenever there was a situation where there were multiple options to move forward, she clearly explained all of them and supported our decisions. Vickie excelled at handling a lot of extras for getting the house and property ready for market - dealing with all the necessary contractors and inspections, as well as helping arrange an estate sale - as we were not available in Paso Robles for a lot of the time work was needing to happen. And when we were in town, she was always available to meet with to give us updates on her progress. I think it says a lot about Vickie that when I asked my parents if they had any preference for a realtor to sell their home, there was no hesitation and they immediately asked for her after 27 years. She made an impression on them and on me. I now completely understand why they trusted her both then and now. I appreciate everything she has done for us and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy - or sell! - in the area.

She was the ideal agent, with her knowledge, professionalism & communication we always knew what was going on, we could always reach out to her if we were to sign papers that we were not familiar with, she always answered in a way we understood. If we looked at property that ultimately wouldn't fit our needs, Vickie pointed out issues that we didn't notice or think of - which was invaluable to us. We have found our forever home & property, but I would highly recommend Vickie to anyone.”
We had a great experience working with Austin Haller from start to finish. Jeff and Betty worked tirelessly to ensure that we received the best experience possible. Jeff did a great job of communicating with us throughout the process. He explained everything so that we could understand and make the right decisions. Their years of experience paid off when the buyers tried to play games with the process. Jeff made sure that our interests were top priority.

When we decided to sell our investment property, Kandie was instrumental in getting the house sold. The previous renters left the home in poor shape. She was there to let in vendors, suggested those competent vendors and took on a lot of work that wasn't part of job of marketing and selling a home. The market slipped before we listed the home, but the time it took to sell was due to the changing market, and not the effort to sell the home. I couldn't be more pleased with Kandie!
Originally, we were looking at a smaller house because we thought that was all we could afford. By thinking outside the box, Austin developed a strategy to help us find a larger home that was still within our budget. The escrow process had numerous delays because of the lender we were working with, and Austin was in constant communication with us regarding how to move the process forward and keeping our spirits up.
