Kandie was wonderful to work with selling my mom’s house. She was realistic and straightforward with us throughout the process, gave us great advice, and made everything as easy as possible during a difficult time. We really appreciated her help and would absolutely recommend her!

We are incredibly grateful to Kandie Fredrick for everything she did to help our family sell my mom’s home after she passed away. Because our family was dealing with the sale from a distance, Kandie worked with two different family groups and went far beyond what we ever expected from a Realtor. She was always communicative, responsive, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. She handled so many details for us and made a difficult process much easier. She even replaced a broken screen door herself and paid out of her own pocket for several items that needed to be taken care of. Those are the kinds of things that show you who someone really is—not just as a Realtor, but as a person. Kandie genuinely cared about helping our family, and we will always appreciate the kindness and effort she put into selling my mom’s home. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kandie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor. ❤️

Kandie was exceptional! Her positive attitude towards the challenges we encountered greatly facilitated the real estate transactions. With her expertise and outstanding customer service skills, we were able to navigate the extensive paperwork involved in selling our property and purchasing another with ease.
