Siempre dispuesta a guiarnos con paciencia y mucho conocimiento

Emily has always been with me from the beginning to end of the whole process, even after the closing. She was my answer sheets for all kinds of questions I had, and always willing to help as soon as possible, day and night, weekdays and even weekend. Her skills to communicate between seller and me was top of the above, and her suggestions were always reasonable to accept. The whole process was as smooth and sweet as an ice cream, and I couldn't have bought this beautiful house without her help. I highly recommend Emily for your new house purchase journey!!

We barely had over a month to list and close before I had to transfer out of state. Christina put a plan together and got us an offer before we even listed. She also did a great job of managing a difficult buyer. We had a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it, so it helped our stress level not knowing all the drama that went along with the buyer. Some of you may want to be in total control, but I just needed to know she was handling everything in the background. She would advise us when it needed our attention or after she put the fire out. Thanks Christina!

From Day 1 Jessica immediately set the tone of what kind of experience we were going to have. Her communication, attention to detail and professionalism really stood out! The process of purchasing a home can become overwhelming and stressful quickly, and I must say we encountered little to none of that! We will repeatedly thank Jessica, for all her hard work and share our appreciation of her going through this journey with us. Thank you again for helping us close on our first home and we would highly recommend her to anyone & everyone!

This was my first home purchase and we couldn’t have done it without Dale. We tried a few agents in the beginning, and all but Dale were just looking to make a sale (laughing off concerns with the house, responding to questions with non-answers, and generally just disengaged with our needs). Dale is an absolute professional with deep knowledge of what to expect out of each home you walk through. He can articulate your cons into pros and your pros into cons in ways that make you understand what is actually important in a house you live in and for the long term value of a property. We have learned a tremendous amount during our time working with Dale. If you value honesty in an agent, Dale is your guy. I would recommend him exclusively to friends and family.
