Real estate teams in Kern County

Jeff was very easy and most kind to work with. He kept me updated at every turn, answered all my questions and was easy to contact with very timely responses and presented my mom's home in its best light. I was kept apprised of showing dates and the process of selling as time went on. Jeff knows the market and I appreciated that. So much goes on with home sales and Jeff directed it well in this down turned market. This is the second home Jeff has sold for me-trust me when I say.... Jeff Jackson is a favored house hold name in our house! SIMPLY THE BEST !!!!

Jeff and his team are truly unmatched the service they provide is one of a kind

Kent was very knowledgeable when it came to the market and helped of better figure out what we wanted in a house. Communication could not have been better always was available and willing to help in anyway. Could not have asked for a better realtor!!

Cissy and her team we very friendly and professional! Cissy is an advocate for her clients always making for sure they are taken care of and their needs are met! As a local appraiser, I have worked with Cissy for many years! When it came time to sell our family home there was no other choice!

Cissy was always quick to respond, schedule showings and reach out to other agents to get answers to any questions we had. Cissy knows the Bakersfield market well. We spent almost 3 years searching for the right home. There were times we were completely frustrated by the current market conditions, ready to take a break from house hunting. Cissy was very understanding and professional at all times, kept us up to date on new listings, offered her insight & knowledge to help us through. I definitely recommend Cissy, she is a great agent!

Cissy was very patient with us as we viewed numerous properties for an extended period. Her knowledge and experience is top notch. She is always pleasant and available at short notice. You can’t go wrong with Cissy whether you’re buying or selling.
