They followed up on every single question I asked and if they didn’t know, they researched it and found out. All their responses were very timely and well organized. The team provided guidance throughout the entire process and during an especially difficult and frustrating loan process, they were there walking me through it and even escalating when necessary. Despite a ton of blockades being thrown at us, Arianna and her team were able to even close by our original close date which was in 30 days. I felt as though I was her sole client with her ability to keep track of everything that was going on simultaneously and her quick and assuring responses through the process.
