Real estate teams in San Diego County

They focused on my needs for selling the property. Very knowledgeable with requirements and done in a timely manner.

Damon helped us buy our dream home while we were out of state! He went above and beyond in every area, especially with communication: not a day went by without a call or text to update us on potential properties. He sent pictures and videos from on-site visits that we couldn't do in person. He has a true gift for collaboration and teamwork which we saw in action from start to finish, both among his own team and in working with the seller's team. His contacts proved to be solid, including roofing & landscaping, and he personally oversaw work at our home before we arrived, which was incredibly generous and kind. Above all, Damon's positivity and genuine excitement for us made us feel like he was truly our best representative during the home buying process. We would highly recommend him to any of our friends or family. Thank you, Damon!

It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for Robby and Linda Adams. They guided me through selling my home and buying my new one at the same time, and despite several unexpected challenges along the way, they never once made me feel overwhelmed or alone. From the very beginning, they treated me like family instead of just another client. They were always there to answer my questions, calm my nerves, and reassure me whenever something unexpected came up. No matter the obstacle, I knew I could count on them to have my back and fight for what was best for me. Buying and selling a home at the same time is one of the biggest and most stressful experiences a person can go through, but because of Robby and Linda, it became an experience I’ll always look back on with gratitude. Their kindness, honesty, patience, and genuine care meant more to me than they’ll probably ever know. If you’re looking for real estate agents who truly put their clients first and care about you as a person—not just as a transaction—I cannot recommend Robby and Linda enough. They didn’t just help me buy and sell a home; they helped me through one of the biggest milestones of my life, and I’ll always be thankful for them

Justin is my go-to agent in my real estate needs

Best agent in town.

Great agent! Highly recommended!

Simply the best in the Coronado/San Diego area. A true advocate with her pulse on the current market while giving reliable advice on all aspects of any deal. If she is your broker, you have the best of the best.

Over the many years I've been purchasing commercial, industrial and personal real estate, Jan made those experiences pale by comparison. Her knowledge was exceptional and at no point did I feel I was being sold or manipulated. This is not a common approach, but one that earned my trust and enthusiasm. Our negotiation was difficult at the very least but handled better than I could have imagined. Working with Jan and backup Jess was effortless and spot on in every instance. Not only was I 100% satisfied but I can hardly wait for our next experience to unfold. Sincerely, Richie Abrams

This is the second transaction I have been involved with Jan. Both times her professionalism, guidance and market knowledge were so helpful. It is comforting to know you have the full support of the Clements Group during such an important financial decision.
