We had another great experience with Deborah. She previously helped us buy a house and we were very impressed. This time we were selling a house during the pandemic with a crazy real estate market (and doing a 1031 exchange because we’re insane). We didn’t realize that the house had a bunch of deferred maintenance. She ripped off the Band-Aid, showed us repairs that needed to be made to increase our sale price by $75k, and people started beating down our door to buy our house. It fell out of escrow twice because the buyers were flakes, she reassured us, then helped us to get top dollar from the third buyer. We’re so grateful!

Richard is the bomb! Sixth time around and BY FAR the best home shopping/buying experience of them all — professional, responsive (so important!!), knowledgeable, savvy … the guy is just great and so is the team behind him. I mean, why waste time with anyone else?

He was quickly able to assemble professionals in: electric, plumbing, termite and whole house inspections to help us revise our proposal to the sellers. He was also able to connect us with an architect and a few general contractors. Oh, and the lender he recommended was able to get our loan closed in just over 2 weeks!!
